Frequently Asked Questions
We have collected answers to all typical questions here so you can save time on consultation.
The total cost consists of two parts: the translator's work and the notary fee. Translation of a standard document (passport, license, certificate) starts from 380₽. Notary certification of one document costs a fixed 500₽. Thus, a fully ready certified passport translation will cost you 1080₽.
Speed is our pride. The standard turnaround time for personal documents is 3 hours. If you uploaded documents during the day, they will likely be ready by the evening. We work 24/7, so orders sent at night are often ready by morning. Complex legal or technical texts take from 1 working day.
In 95% of cases, the original is not required. The notary certifies the translator's signature on the translation, which is attached to a copy (scan) of your document. You just need to upload a high-quality photo or scan. The original may only be needed in specific cases (e.g., for some countries when apostilling), which we will warn you about in advance.

Payment takes place online after our managers confirm the correctness of the uploaded scans and the final amount. We accept any RF bank cards, as well as payments via SPB. For legal entities, payment by bank transfer with invoice issuance is possible.
An Apostille is an international standardized form of filling in information about the legality of a document for presentation in countries recognizing this form of legalization. Yes, we provide a turnkey apostille service at the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
